no it got cut because it couldnt fit on the 360 and square themselves said it was "running on the ps3 version but was removed to retain a balance in the games". especially if things like: towns, that map thing (forgot what it was), longer content, is in versus then it's a definite it was dvd/360 fault it was removed in ff13

ff13vs does look promising, now that it is suffering delays, it may be going multiplatform, but I am sure it will still rock anyway, it really look like an awesome concept.

hmm i dont care abt dis game anymore, how long does it take to make dis game. it was announced years ago and still there isnt a single gaemplay footage for dis game, i'm tired of waiting and to me square enix is getting crapper, but still i hope dis game turn out great

If Versus XIII remains exclusive, I'll be impressed.

If it goes multiplatform, bye-bye internet for 2 months.

He's probably referring to the news about there being enough deleted content to make a whole new game.

 

It's not really an issue though, from what I know, the game is over 60 hours long (not counting side-quests), and while Cocoon is the linear area, Pulse is open-world. I just wish people would enjoy the game for what it is rather than worry themselves over "what if" situations.

They look amazing!!!!! To me the story looks better in this game than it does in final fantasy 13. Of course i haven't even played final fantasy 13 yet but just by looking at the trailers I am more excited for versus 13. The game does give a better impression than final fantasy XIII via trailers. But you can't really say anything about the story being better than final fantasy XIII's, because we don't know what it is about. The game still remains a mystery, we haven't even seen a single gameplay footage and only been given information about it being kingdom hearts-esque. I understand why you don't want this particular XIII to go multiplatform, because cross platforming for a potential playstation 3 exclusive would only mean quality deduction, like other former playstation 3 exclusives. So I understand why you're so exciting for this game than the other. Don't get too excited though, because information is scarce.

If one were to take a picture with a regular point and shoot digital camera having never used a regular 35mm SLR or a full body DSLR camera, one would never how much was cropped from that one photograph.

Another example:
For those that grew up with 4:3 Full screen TVs. We never complained about how much was cropped from the 2.35:1 theater moves.

I guess what I'm trying to say is: If you never experienced/played it, why are you missing it already?
