The game does give a better impression than final fantasy XIII via trailers. But you can't really say anything about the story being better than final fantasy XIII's, because we don't know what it is about. The game still remains a mystery, we haven't even seen a single gameplay footage and only been given information about it being kingdom hearts-esque. I understand why you don't want this particular XIII to go multiplatform, because cross platforming for a potential playstation 3 exclusive would only mean quality deduction, like other former playstation 3 exclusives. So I understand why you're so exciting for this game than the other. Don't get too excited though, because information is scarce.
