Yes it is. Hopefully it won't screw up WMATA when I come back from DC in the evening. Only supposed to be 1" or so. Global warming--so hot its freezing ;)

This past few summers have been quite mild, hence the incredibly calm hurricane seasons post-2005.

They've in general been cooler than usual.
