I wish Capcom would return to the old school Biohazard with Resident Evil 6. They may try something new to revitalize the franchise, but please bring back the terryfing atmosphere created in the mansion and Raccon City.

Does anyone here think the same?

Yes, I agree...certain elements of the game have gone away and shouild come back...

Well I picked up the RE remake from the Gamecube and I was disappointed that it wasn't in progressive scan. I also found out that RE0 from the gamecube is not 480p.  Does anyone happen to know if the ARCHIVES games are in 480p. I would be willing to pay the extra money for this.

No neither is on Wii or GC. That would certainly make Archives worth the upgrade if it was 480p. The sad thing is Code Veronica for DC had VGA (480p) support and Capcom couldn't even be bothered to add it to these re-releases of far newer games. Pathetic.

Thanks for the response. That really sucks about the ARCHIVES then. I going to go back and pick up Zero from the Gamecube then.  I opted to not get a Gamecube last gen but now I have the Wii and I thought I would check out some Resident Evil.  Got to say the remake is amazing. Probably my favorite Resident Evil so far.  I'm blone away with the graphics but I really would have like to see them in 480p.  Don't know how Capcom could not add this to the Wii versions. 

Yea I had Code Veronica for the Dreamcast hooked up to a monitor.  That game still looks fantastic.

The game is great! Currently I have just surpassed the underground area where you find the sharks. This part was so much improved over the original.
This RE is taking me a lot of time, I don't know you guys how many hours you spent on the game to finish it.

i think they need a full redesign

the tension in remake is awesome, the controls in 4 are awesome, now put em together.

5 to me completely lost my interest fast

You might hate me for this, but I think the tank controls are a very important part of the experience. That clunky controls make you feel more vulnerable.

By the way: RE Remake is a rejoicing experience for the fans of the original game.
