To the PS3 fans freaking out yet again: Might it be possible that the PS3 simply had a prolonged affect of the price drop/ slim model and it's now starting to level off to closer to its normal levels again? It wasn't going to last forever..

Perhaps vgchartz just overestimated the amount of sales the console was getting from the pricecut and slim model. After all, didn't NPD just show the PS3 under the 360 by like 55k for the month of January again? I think these numbers for the PS3 are closer to reality than what they had before the adjustments.

it seems some people on this site simply dont want accurate legit numbers, they prefer to see smaller gap beetween 360 and PS3 instead lol. Adjustments are necessary and they are unavoidable , PS3 is still doing awesome so i dont really see why so many people are pissed off.

Fourteen PS3 games in the top 50, I cant remember a time it has had that much. Normally it hovers at seven.

Now Wii at 67Million units on the over hand has TOTALLY BEEN IGNORED by 99% of developers when it comes to CORE AAA games.

SO STOP CRYING AND GO PLAY THE AWESOME GAMES THAT ARE OUT ON PS3.

I take it thats the influence of Japan. When the sales are low in that country its always to the advantage of the Xbox 360 in this metric.

they are not overlooking the PS3. I have plenty of games still to get on it.
