so i am looking for a good video converter preferably to get my itunes movies onto my ps3, but an all round converter would be good, got any suggestions? thanks..

PS3 Video 9 is the best video converter, easily.

I've been using Xilisoft for the past 6 months or so. It's been good for me - but I must admit, I've never really used that many different video converters.

If you want to convert movies from iTunes (don't those have protection on them?) to a format that's suitable for the PS3 to use (or optimized), I would use the Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate that can do that (it's $50, though). BUT, if you want one that's a good and all-around video converter, there is MediaCoder.
