If you want to convert movies from iTunes (don't those have protection on them?) to a format that's suitable for the PS3 to use (or optimized), I would use the Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate that can do that (it's $50, though). BUT, if you want one that's a good and all-around video converter, there is MediaCoder.
