Ok just testing the water here, this might not even be possible but was just sat at work thinking how great it would be if on the new COD they could put the differant console users against each other (yes i know i have alot of time on my hands) Say once a month you would get a xbox 360 day vs the wii users and so on. (this might be impossible because of the graphics, servers and so on) ultimate braggin rights would be up for grabs, fun fun.

A chance at what? Maybe a chance at dying....because the Wii owners would get raped. The skill level of owners between consoles is staggering. Hardcore FPS lovers are not playing on the Wii.

If the skill level is that staggering as you say, then it should be pretty even since the quickness and accuracy of aiming with a Wii Remote over an analog stick is staggering. 

Dont forget to add in PC with the awesomeness of "Keyboard and Mouse" =)

...quite the challenge to unify all gaming platforms into one battlefield but would be a delight to witness. And Activision should hold a contest where winner of the platform will receive exclusive DLC of like a weapon/map or something etc.

Well, it's technically possible. Final Fantasy XI has cross-platform play between PC, Xbox 360, and PS2, so...

It won't happen, though.
