VGC is sold to consumers, and we don't know what Microsoft are celebrating. Could be sold to consumers (going by other numbers than ours), or sold to retailers.

It says that Microsoft and Turn 10 are now celebrating that they have sold over two million. Which to me sounds like sales aren't a lot higher than two million, or Microsoft and Turn 10 are just slow. That's why I ask if Forza 3 is overtracked.
