So:

Roland isn't charming in the slightest.
DeShaun is too normal.
Greg hates the rain.
Debra is female.

None of them is the killer.

Is that all you've figured out?

If I had to choose one of them, it would be DeShaun. Egotistical, imports cars, clearly quite persuasive...empathy deficiency and consequence avoidance, we haven't seen yet.

Greg actually fits the description perfectly...except that he hates the rain. Debra fits pretty well too, but the murderer is clearly male, we've seen that from several eyewitness reports.

Who were the witnesses again?

The drunk sleeper iis the only one i remember

The drunk sleeper, and the woman on the phone. But they could be wrong.

The woman on the phone saw the "drunk sleeper" Kantor >_>

There is no proof that the killer is a man

Once again, the sleeper did see that it was a man.

Or rather "he coughed and spat. You can tell".

So I would say it's highly unlikely that she is the killer.

Lets not forget the drunk sleeper was drunk

Am thinking maybe she spat the "gum"

Highly unlikely i agree

But you cant dismiss the possibility

Ok, I'm here now. Repasting this.

So, just to type these out so I don't have to remember a "Type E suspect checklist" is......

1. Consequence Avoidance - Inability or unwillingness to accept consequences of actions espcially when those actions are seen in a negative light. Results Deeds/misdeeds are deemed as unavoidable, unconnected to the deed, bad luck or fate.

2. Abiding sense of centrality - Intense egoism and illogical belief that they are in the center. Convinced to dictate own fate against all odds. Groups such as media, law enforcement or entertainment industry are interested in banal aspects of their life.

3. Childhood deviancy and delinquency - Need to figure out difference between childhood rough housing and sadism or masochism

4. Empathy Deficiency - Difficulty relating to, sympathizing with other people's suffering. May find it humorous or preposterous when asked to relate or sympathize with other people's suffering.

5. Persuasive Personality - Identify being persuasive as a good method of interpersonal manipulation. Introduce the person to 2 people one is a "higher up" and other is "entry level" they might have different interactions with someone who he deems as useful vs. someone he deems useless.

Perhaps we'll get more info from Madison later or other facebook posts.

I will reread all of the profiles now, perhaps we don't have enough yet?

Added to OP.

We definitely won't be able to solve this until Friday, but it's good to start working now.

Also worth noting. Deborah loves coffee. There was a coffee cup in the evidence.
