I started playing this game 5 days ago. I have read so many good comments about it that decided to give it a try.

How surprised I was, this game is amazing!

It is flooded of original ideas and the several uses of the brush is simply incredible.

The first game/franchise that came to my ming when I first played the game was... ZELDA.

It is obvious that it has got a lot of influences from the Nintendo game, but it is still great.

It has sold 300k copies currently on the Wii, but Vgchartz is not tracking other sales for Okami, I don't know why, maybe the game hasn't sold enough on that region or maybe they just have to update data.

How many of you have played this game? What are your opinions?

I've played this game. And it's beautiful from start to finish.

Using the Wiiremote to make your brush strokes is pretty hot.

It's brilliant. I played it to bits.
The vast majority of people who play the game for the 1st time are like 'Omg this is awesome, I didn't know this game was so great, wish I'd known before'. And yes, it's clearly inspired by Zelda games, but at the same time, it's chock full of original ideas, it's really really fantastic. I adore the graphics, and the music is fantastic too.

I can't recommend the game enough, even if you're just remotely interested in stuff like Zelda.

One tip: make sure to collect all the beads, it'll be worth it.

Congrats on supporting a true gem in the gaming industry.
This game was simply amazing and made even better with the wiimote controls.
Shame that Clover doesn't exist anymore but Platinum Games is made up of mostly ex-Clover devs so keep an eye on them. They are just amazing devs :)

Οkami is one of the best games I have ever played (and I have played a lot). It is truly amazing.
Got the Wii version too, and sometime, when I decide that I 'll have to play it again for old time's sake, I will play it on Wii.

Okami is definately one of the best games that I've played in the past few years.
Georgeous visuals, interesting story, excellent atmosphere, great gameplay with celestial brush.
Certainly well spent 30+ hrs.

This game deserves 5+ million sales.

You must be dragging that total hours played per user # up quite a bit ;)

Most people who bought the game only made it about 18 or less hours into it....

Prepare for termination! It is the only logical thing to do, for I am only loyal to Megatron.

I still need to get this game...

I've played it and think that it's a nearly perfect game.

I actually like it better than Twilight Princess.
