Unless EA’s dropped a typo on its third-quarter fiscal release, there isn’t going to be a PC version of Dead Space 2.

 

The game’s listed for console and handheld only, as you can plainly see.

The company said the title was coming to PC, PS3 and 360 during it’s announcement in December.

Visceral’s sequel is now confirmed for a fourth quarter release in EA’s fiscal 2011, which means it’ll be out in the January-March quarter of calendar 2011.

Dead Space must have performed abysmally on PC if this is true.

I bought it during the Steam holiday sales. Great game, though a bit too scary for my nerves. I scare easily.

Definitely getting this game on the consoles
Dead space was amazing! the gameplay mechanic was so good! and number 2 looks very promising

Jan - Mar is Q4 of their 2011 Fiscal year 0_o.

But yeah, it's confirmed for that Q4, just think the website made a typo or something *facepalm*.

Does it amuse anyone else how DS2 has now promised 'MW2' action. It's like it's doing the whole RE thing in just 2 games, going from a survival horror kind of scary game, to then just being an action game lol.
