I loved the HR demo, the camera could be a little frustrating though and I hope they do have language options so even people like me who have their system settings on Dutch can have the game in English (like with Uncharted 2, it was available in Dutch, but for those who didn't like that could change it into English).

All I have ever heard about forcing people to use Dutch language is bad things.

the 2nd part was pretty cool, it didn't have action but instead it showed a bit of drama and a really grim atmosphere that I really liked.

Wow, I wasn't expecting this recievement at all!!

This post makes me feel happy and confident that people still love gaming something more than shooters.

I loved Indigo Prophecy (Fahrenheit here in Europe), that's the reason why I haven't played the demo yet. I have such an enormous amount of confidence into Crystal Dinamics that it's a 1st day buy, even with no videos seen so far.

I'm planning a night of gaming when the game releases. We will start and finish the game in the same night XD, just like we did (unexpectedly) with Fahrenheit ^^.



Well, here I give my two cents to this thread. My brother played the demo expecting nothing but a slow boring mediocre title. But the demo blew his mind out! He even sent me a message saying something like "brother, you're gonna L O V E the game. It's pure awesomeness... As soon as you finish it, send it to me. And please, don't make me wait 8-)."

Have seen the same over here. People who were not sure, tried the demo and went for it now.

Definetly. I am just waiting for a bundle. If there is a bundle I will buy it + Demon's Soul.

I heard that there is a bundle in Europe, so NA will probably have one too.

I fully intended to buy the game, and had it pre-ordered, long before the demo.

The demo just confirmed to me that Heavy Rain is an awesome game.

Yeah I have a buddy that was going to borrow it from me when I was done with it. But after he played the demo he is buying it day one.

The demo must be really good, but I already know I will love it so I don't want to spoil anything. The 23rd cant get here soon enough!!!

Please don't spoil anything for me (I'm going in blind to this sucker) but how is the gameplay? Is it fun? For the record I don't need to be blown away by the gameplay, but if I was, what amazing icing that would be. Heavy Rain FTW!
