I just picked up a used copy of infamous so I could finish getting all the trophies. Thats kinda my thing, I'll buy a game new and play it until something else comes out and then trade it in, and if I like the game I'll buy a used copy later on and try to get all the trophies.

When infamous came out I thought it was really good, but I thought the cityscape was little bland and repetitivie, and climbing up and down buildings got a little tiresome. So it wasn't my favorite but I did like it.

Now time has passed and I have played multiple games since that require the use of climbing buildings and some form of free running, Uncharted2, AC2, and The Saboteur.

And now my opinion of infamous has changed. I know realize what an astounding job they did in creating the character Cole. As far as game mechanics, Cole is probably the most advanced out of any of the games mentioned. And I don't want to get off topic but AC2 is an incredibly boring game.

So my score for infamous has gone from an 8/10 to a 9/10. It is simply one of the better games I have played. 

Anybody else got any love for infamous?

I would give inFamous around an 8/10. I beat it. Missing 1 damn shard for the trophy. Will replay it on a hero some other time though.

inFamous is my game of the year 2009.i was so stuck on it.my only platinum and i fully enjoyed it..im sure i ll play it again...and i cant wait for inFamous 2...

Such a good game! I didn't have to play other games to realise that though! Having said that, I definitely think AC II just edged it, the environment is far more interesting and the climbing is much smoother, though it had a crap ending, not a shocking ending

It's been a while. I gotta play it again, someday. I downloaded a new power from the PSN and I haven't even tried it, yet.

I would give Infamous a 8.7

However it's still behind Assassin's Creed 2 (9.8), Assassin's Creed (9.5), Uncharted 2 (9.2) and Crackdown (9.0).

And yeah I'm sure I heard quite a few rumors regarding Infamous 2

The voice actor of Cole said he was working on inFAMOUS 2, but Sony themselves refused to confirm that a sequel was being made.

I loved the game, played through it twice on Hero and then inFamous so enjoyed that! Could not find the last blast shard for the platinum so gave up on that, but will try again soon i think!

The game, like others have mentioned, is with a friend at the moment and if he sells it then i will kill him lol
