Sega has announced on their official blog that Project Needlemouse, their codename for their new 2D Sonic the Hedgehog game, will be revealed tonight at 12 AM PST on GameSpot.
Unfortunately on my end that’s 3 AM EST. So I’ll keep you covered in the morning

It won't be anything surprising - they've thrown so much classic Sonic hints around that they ruined this reveal, really.

no just alot of hints and speculation..the actually team said nothings confirmed yet
I just hope that they won't try to make it as frustrating as possible.
The metropolis Zone crab in the artwork is a good indicator of this xD

^What about the Wiimote sideways? I mean it worked for NSMBWii and it has more buttons than the Mega Drive controller.
Why assume that it has to have motion controls?
