Just got my newest edition ot Playstation the Official magazine in the mail and here are the main review scores

White Knight Chronicles 3 stars (6/10)

Heavy Rain 5 stars (10/10)

Bioshock 2 5 stars (10/10)

I dont put much stock in reviews but thought it was odd to see 2 perfect scores in the same issue

I never understood the praise for Bioshock 1. Never found it that good.

You wont appreciate Bioshock if you havent played a lot of shooters....Bioshock is different from the rest is it not ? I'm gonna buy it for 9$ soon and see if Bioshock 2 is worth my time.

I've played a whole lot of shooters but I still didn't enjoy Bioshock.

OT: Perfect scores are handed out way too often nowadays, the perfect ten has lost all meaning for me and I tend to read reviews only as pure entertainment or to pass the time. Rarely, if ever, do I put much stock in the reviews and the scores, I find myself disagreeing so often that there simply is no use in trusting them any more.

thats what i thought till i played through it. It is still the best game i played on my 360 yet (granted i dont buy too many 360 games just the top ones or cheap ones that i have interest.)

Going to get Bioshock 2 and Heavy Rain at launch and maybe WKC when it's cheap.

Yes. And Deus Ex, and Half-Life 2. Bioshock promised me a revolution that never came and it manages to be repetetive, even for a shooter... It has 2-3 strong points but easily twice as many weak points imo so I never quite mustered the energy to finish it (I did play for quite a while though).

Bioshock 2 and Heavy Rain for the win.
