Miyamoto is planning on giving Nintendo fans more than they ever thought possible. What's Retro working on? Why do we know SO little about Nintendo's future gaming releases. Sure, they are always quiet about there lineups, but it's never been like this has it? We've heard of arguably the three most tantalizing franchises releasing in the not too distanct future. Zelda: Wii, Metroid Other M, Galaxy2. It's enough to make any Mario Lover burst with joy.

SURELY there are more games in dev at the moment that we've never heard of? Anything revolutionary in there that could make us make thread's like: "Other M 1% up on MetaCritic - PASSES UNCHARTED!!!" ? We know ZILCH about Zelda Wii except that it will handle significantly better than Twilight Princess. I don't know about You, but I think sWingIng Link's Sword is going to rule.

On another, yet intricately connected point, I had a Vision of an HD Hyrule. Photo-Realistic Link. His Sword Shimmering in the morning Sun as I blitz off on Epona. My Boomerang riPPing the grass to shreds. Dungeons that engulf you in their Magnitute. "Oh, I spent 3 weeks on the Wind Temple. Was like a game in itself..." Fully orhestrata behInd Link's every move.

I know some of you are hoping for this but not saying anything. Have we all lost faith in Nintendo's care towards their faithful? Couldn't they jUst release Another console side-by-side with the Wii? They've explored the Blue-Ocean and guess what - there's More Space than we ever thought. They sure have the finances now, and if the Super Duper Nintendo Entertainment System is like 5 X a PS3 with the Ultimate Motion Control Setup, then who's even going to look at Natal?

In any case, we Know they'll Keep supporting the Wii for a Long time, and we know of the upcoming Core support's Quality so even if Nothing 'wonderful' happens, we'd still be pretty happy with our PSWii for a few mOre years.

There are at least 5 AAA games in the future Wii line-up coming from Nintendo:

Super Mario Galaxy 2
Metroid Other M
Zelda Wii
Retro Studios Game
Sora Project

We know practically nothing about Zelda Wii and absolutely nothing about Retro and Sora. I wonder when Nintendo will show up their big projects, do we have to wait until next E3? That's too much time.

Please tell me about Sora Project.

Well as a producer he's working on alot of Nintendo's bigger titles. This includes work on MarioGalaxy2 and LOZ. I seem to recall hearing that Miyamoto was going to be directly involved in the development of another title soon (Believe it was in Nintendo Power). So if Miyamoto is actually back in the development department of gaming and not just producer. Then I suspect Miyamoto is hard at work on another new IP.

Think about it a second , every major Nintendo IP has been made by Miyamoto. Some may argue he never worked on some IP's like Kirby/AnimalCrossing. But every one of Nintendo's most successful titles were born in the same place (Miyamoto's mind). I suspect after Pikmin that Miyamoto is itching to create something new.

But as I said he is probubly pretty busy producing MarioGalaxy2,LOZ,Pikmin3 he may not have the time to make us another new IP. But I really hope he does because I loved Pikmin and all his past creations and am itching to pick up yet another Miyamoto master piece!
