You can:

Call a game that's only on one platform (be it 360, PS3, PC, Wii, DS, PSP, 3DO, whatever) an "exclusive."
Call a game that's on one console and PC or handheld a "(name of console) console exclusive."*
Call a remake an "exclusive."**

You cannot:

Call a game that's on more than one platform (be it 360, PS3, PC, Wii, DS, PSP, Atari 2600, whatever) an "exclusive."
Call a game that's on one console and PC or handheld an "exclusive."
Call a port an "exclusive."**

*Note: Games with the same name but completely different content are exceptions to this rule. For example Gran Turismo on PSP vs PS1

**Note: Ports are generally the same generation and a transfer to another platform with minor changes. Remakes are generally at least a generation apart, and usually have some major changes in graphics or additions in content.

To be clear this will be enforced both ways. If someone makes a thread about 360 Exclusives and correctly lables 360 Console Exclusives and you come in bitching about "oh but those are on PC too" you will be moderated for trolling.

If I must be honest my good sir, you used "damn" and "bitch" in the same sentence. That crosses the line from "firm and decisive" to "grumpy." I'm glad this is being made into a forum rule, but just try to be more courteous. The community is, for the most part, kind and reasonable.

Was this such a big deal? I believe it was just few members of this site who can't wait to post threads about 360/PC games hyping it up as " Exclusives" .

Warn them, banned but seriously I don't think the tone or talking down to your members was needed. Especially when most of us agree with you.

The PSP version of LittleBigPLanet is different from the PS3 version in all but name.  Why on earth wouldn't it be considered an exclusive?

And even then, the name is "LittleBigPlanet PSP".  Not simply "LittleBigPlanet".  Much like "New Super Mario Bros. DS" vs "New Super Mario Bros. Wii".
