I think Koji Kondo has had more of an influence on game music than Nobuo Uematsu. I mean, he created the most recognisable piece of video game music in the world. And composed for what is considered to be the best game ever.

Hirai and Moore are a stretch, Reggie should be in there if they are, and WTF Ted Price? Sure he's a cool guy, but what about Kojima?

This list is completely ignorant of the actual important people in the game industry.

If we're doing developers, why not Carmack, Kojima, Will Wright, hell even Cliffy B or Jaffe.

What about Gunpei Yokoi. He invented the gameboy.
