Is sex and sexuality an essential part of life for you, is it something that's nice to have but not essential, does it not matter to you at all, etc?

Having just got out of a nearly 5 year relationship, I'm still adjusting to single life personally and just realized it's been 7 months now, and while normally it's a big part of my life, I'm actually doing okay atm focusing more on work, hobbies, gaming, etc.

That said, I may have to get my arse in gear soon, or I expect the cravings and FOMO will start to ramp up lmao
