Since it's where the franchise is coming from, I kinda thought Bluey would see a better ranking in Australia,like Top 5 than other places.

#8 is pretty good considering the games it is up against.

Being ahead of stuff like Spiderman, Tears of the Kingdom, Mario Kart 8, Assassin's Creed, Diablo, etc is quite impressive for a low budget game based on a children's show.
