Exclusive content on the 360 too? That really would be the nail in the coffin for the PS3...I'm going to wait a bit until there's something more official...it'd actually be believable if there wasn't that exclusive content...it's understandable for an Xbox game to get exclusive content on a PS2 port, but that's because it didn't matter, PS2 was on the up-and-up.  The PS3 is choking, and it needs a good game like MGS4 to survive.

They're probably trying to play it down until the very last moment in hopes of not harpooning the sales for the PS3 version.

Yeah, I'll believe it when someone I've heard of says it's true. Until then, this is just a bunch of nobodies with pretty much no credibility saying something that no one has any way to confirm.

"Put aside whether or not we're developing for 360 or not, the game is built on the PS3 hardware, as you guys have known for the past two years or so." In essence, Konami ensures that the Xbox 360's console limitations in processing power and disc space will not compromise the final product on the PS3, and development resources would not be split between consoles, meaning that the PS3 version would be able to preserve its exclusive release date. It seems like it will simply be a timed exclusive.

i wouldnt doubt if they got it 8 to 12 months after the ps3 version.. thats what happened with the other metal gears... it wouldnt hurt sales of the ps3 or ps3 version of the game though

Who honestly will be surprised if this does come to the 360? I won't.
