I feel you, but it's not like you can't play it on the Wii U. |
I love Nintendo, but Zelda is the most important thing of a Nintendo console (for me) BOTW was delayed because of the switch, I can't play it right now, and I'm not going to play the lesser version of the most important zelda game since ocarina. Not a viable option right now, the wii u is a bad dog!

excactly, mostly the controlls tough lol, oh my god why did anyone want to do the wiggly things and that after the great controller from the gamecube, which was at its time, my favourite until the xbox360 controller.

GC or Wii, because of PS2 I totally skipped GC so I really don't have any emotions about GC, while Wii was to casual for my taste, so I would go with Wii..
I guess the 64. I dislike the controller, and except from some exceptions, games haven't aged well.
The Wii U. No exclusive Zelda, I love SM3DW but it isn't a replacement for a SM64/S/G type of game, shitty Virtual Console, and everything good on it is being ported elsewhere. The Wii U is the biggest commercial failure and a half baked product. Hell, it didn't deserve to sell over 10 mill units. As a Wii U owner I feel like a beta tester for the Switch than anything else
I know that Gamecube had great games but... It just didn't clicked with me. Also the sale of RARE to Microsoft was a punch for me, and I focused on PC and GBA that generation.
I also skipped the Wii, but for different reasons, since I found it more appealing.
I'm shocked that Wii got as many votes as it did. THe times are a changing.
It's Wii for me. the 3rd party support was...poor unless you enjoyed playing dancing game No.35, motion controls was terrible worse of the bunch until they made that add on(shouldve been like that from the start) and even then games barely supported it.
And I truly believe the 1st party was the worse in a while. IMHO the follow up games were worse than the prior ones at the time (and I would even say its worse than Wii Us) Mario Galaxy was the only one that was an actual improvement. Those WiiGames got boring to me real quick
The Nintendo 64. What a disgrace of a machine.
Awful console, ugly as hell, worthless piece of controller, games were pretty much poor when released except for a few games and has aged even worse, graphics has aged terribly bad as well.
