That's great news, but it probably shouldn't have been needed. Because the game should have been ready beforehand. Really does demonstrate just how lazy a port this was.

Also, they did these changes and didn't add Tenebrae? Who thought that was a good idea

Whoever did the port job for Symphonia was different from the one who did the Zestiria port - the reaction time was also bad compared to the Zestiria port release too.

Besides its a full unoptimized port of the PS3 version hence why there's a 720p resolution lock with this port and the fact that the game is 30 FPS unlike the GCN version which was 60.

But ya, Bamco messed up again.

Also I'm assuming you mean Tenebrae as the creature from the sequel (thank you google) and not Shadows right?

Didn't realise it was a different team but that would help to explain things, thanks. Still a shame though.

And yes I do! He's the best character from the sequel (which I'm assuming you've never played) so he deserves more respect!

Lazy port indeed :/

And I'm sure some people are happy that Tenebrae isn't added :p

So Bamco can't do the same thing that one person in the community did in a matter of days? Honestly pretty pathetic

But glad to see that this is available for people who purchased it.

Still disappointed that the devs haven't said a word on any fixes. This just shows how utterly lazy Bamco are.

Durante says it took him 3 hours to fix/code the resolution issue from being locked in 720p.

Embarrassing. When I heard about the issues and that this port ran worse than the original GC game I facepalmed myself so hard I broke my nose and lost a tooth. It's further proof for my theory that certain publishers use chimpanzees for porting jobs.

I wish they would have ported the GCN version. Even if its all fixed up it just doesn't feel right without the 60 fps.

crap... can't believe its been 12 years since the release of this game and me playing it... feeling old
