Yeah right. I understand they have to defend their trademark to keep it, but this is still ridiculous. That said... Trademarking a common word (ghost) seems ridiculous too. Now if you'll excuse me, I have the word 'water' to trademark.



Isn't Ghost way too broad of a term to be trademarked? I know Capcom changed the name of Biohazard to Resident Evil in the west because they couldn't trademark Biohazard



I always find trademarking common words a bit odd, regardless if it's from a game company or not..
