Electronic Arts files for "Ghost" trademark, but Ubisoft says No

Yeah right. I understand they have to defend their trademark to keep it, but this is still ridiculous. That said... Trademarking a common word (ghost) seems ridiculous too. Now if you'll excuse me, I have the word 'water' to trademark.
