I think you're a slave once you own a pet that you can't just set a feeder for and go on vacation for a week. I know lots of people who changed their lifestyles once they had a furry friend.

I have a 30,000ltr Koi pond. Koi's are easy to look after if you have the right set up and can go without food for months.
