I would watch it but I haven't played it yet and his reviews are known for spoilers...

10/10 and not one bad thing to say about the game, from the guy that usually gets angry and rants off at everything.... he must really like this game.

Did you watch the whole thing?  He hits on some negatives about movement/traversal and some level design flaws and bugs.  He just feels it rises above.  A 9 or 10 is a fair score from everything I have heard and seen.  And yeah, he doesn't give a 10 very often.  I think this is only his fifth or so.

Everytime there was something to critise he came back with "it doesnt matter".

To me it was like he basically didnt have anything bad to say about the game, and he usually goes off at the tiniest of things.

He's on point, this game is legit in every sense.

There's a very big difference between "it doesn't matter" and "this game rises above that."  You can find flaws in any game, even ones that are legit and need fixing.  And he pointed those out in an honest way.  But he feels that overall, the game rises above those, that the positives far outweigh the negatives.  Ten does not denote a perfect game.  It has never denoted such on his scale, which he has stated every time he has given it.  If you disagree, good for you.  But he didn't say "they don't matter."  He said that the positives far outstrip the negatives.  So stop trying to misrepresent.

Probably not; he was improving last he streamed it but still getting his but kicked :P

And he won't review until he beats the core content, that's his policy.

But he did have a ton good to say about it in his streams plus when he reviewed Pillars of Eternity, so he didn't ignore it altogether. 

Well deserved. This game is so overwhelming due to huge amount of content that makes almost every games on the market extremely expensive and not worth buying. Best game this gen by far.
