It's pretty much a given that there will be a new addition in the Animal Crossing series on Wii U.(It has been hinted by the Animal Crossing team that a new game is in development)

It is one of those games that'll sell consoles. A LOT of consoles. Especially in Japan.

So what do you think? When will they reveal Animal Crossing U?

This year's E3.

E3 2015 imo

Probably during this E3.... I hope. Been hooked on Animal Crossing since New Leaf, so I really wanna see what they do with a Wii U version.

I think Nintendo is going to announce a lot of new titles at E3, including Animal Crossing, with Zelda getting the most attention however. There'll be teasers of games like Animal Crossing but not full blown reveals.

Well, if ever, e3 would be the best time.... they already have enough content to show for the Directs

Most definitely E3.

I think it should be called New Leaf 2, so some of the 7m+ new leaf owners at least get more interested than they would if it was a differently names AC game. (talking about non-hardcore gamers)

Probably this E3. I hope not, though. The series fits best on handhelds in my opinion, and it doesn't feel like it's been that long since New Leaf. They should focus on stuff that's new and exciting instead of giving us yet another game we can already play on 3DS.

Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll really re-think the series and take advantage of the hardware. There's so much they could do with online functionality.

E3 this year. Would be a their big title for 2016.

Didn't this generation's animal crossing already come out on 3DS?
