Suprised this thread wasn't brought up earlier. I've decided to jump into The Order:1886 fray!

If you ask me, I will go out on a limb here and say 2-4 Million Copies worldwide. If the reviews weren't so bad I would have said 4-7 Million. Bad reviews do tend to hurt the Legs of games in the longrun (Case in Point: Destiny).

Thoughts?

Will say after i play it, could be lots if its more casual oriented.

2 million. Anything more will be a pleasant surprise and exceeding expectations.

2 million if people are put off by reviews.

2.7 million roughly. Like the OP stated, sadly, reviews do tend to sway peoples opinions more often than not these days. Still, if gamers like the game more than the reviewers critiqued it, I think that with some word of mouth, 3 million can be within reach.

The reviews don't seem to be affecting the sales of this game.
I've seen a lot of Youtube channels reacting to the reviews and while everyone is disappointed in how the terrible reception has been, they're all still excited to get their hands on the game.

It's weird really...

1.5 million full priced. Maybe another 750k at 29.99 or lower. so 2.25 mil. That would be a commercial success IMO. Just not a "hit". May or may not get The Order 1887. I think it needs 2 mil at full price to get a sequel.

4,000,000 is possible imo.
