on the 3ds you jump into a stage co op with someone else and go up against waves of zombies and a few mini boss's thrown in from around the game at random, they're pretty cool and you lvl up and get new weapons from doing them.

40 stages. 20 in game stages 20 trench stages... I haven't started those yet as you have to complete the others first.
You unlock stages only advancing in the main game!

Sorry i have the game for PS3, but i loved the online play!
