If the Wind Waker HD treatment means touching up the graphics and making a few changes to gameplay to make it smoother, I'll go Metroid Prime 3. Corruption was one of the best looking games of the last decade, on the Wii, no less. I'd love to see how it'd look in HD.
Xenoblade so that way the frame rate won't be a mess
(still love the game though)
Xenoblade Chronicles because the levels of epicness would be astronomical.
Apart from the ones already said, I say mario galaxy 1 and 2 as well as Twilight Princess
Also, Ethernal Darkness if we are counting gamecube games
PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850
RE Zero, RE Remake, Fatal Frame 4, The Calling, The grudge and Silent Hill Shatterd Memories.
Since Windwaker was a Gamecube game, im going to go with MGS Twin Snakes.
...but if you must insist on a Wii game then Xenoblade of course.
Added poll.

Yeah, given how great Prime 3 already looked on Wii, it could be absolutely breathtaking on Wii U.
Xenoblade only because it'd give me a chance to get the game at a normal price. Otherwise none. Would rather have new games!

Well, yeah, we'd obviously all prefer new games (unless it's Star Fox Adventures 2), but if there was going to be some HD remake done for a Wii title, and Nintendo gave you the final decision as to which game it would be, what would you pick?
