You can play online with me and selnor.

You're supposed to make him WANT to buy an XBO, not turn him away from it.

Now that the rumoured 64 player is a hoax then how is going to be better than the 360 version? Better visuals is all I can think of. I'll stick to that version.

Oh and I saved $500 and got a PS4 and will be getting Titanfall on 360 also so I might be a little bias but then again the frame-rate is also the same on the Xbox one and 360. Heck many people even say that the 360 controller is even better than the Xbox ones.

Just trying to picture a similar PS3/4 scenario. If, for instance, Tomb Raider was the only PS4 game that interested me it wouldn't be enough for me to buy PS4. I would buy TR on PS3. Even though it's lower quality visually buying a new console just for a visual upgrade of exactly the same game is not enough to justify the expense.

Especially if I was on the fence about PS4/Xb one I wouldn't let a game that's on a console I already own be the determining factor.

OTOH as this is a MP only game I would worry that the player base on 360 might not be enough to give the game much longevity. So if TF is a MUST OWN game for you then perhaps Xbowning it is the way to go as Xb one and PC will be the platforms with biggest and most sustained communities, I think.

Get it on X1. If you like it, you'll most likely love other X1 online MPs.
Halo, Gears and you'll feel right at home.

Plus, he has a PS3, which means he is used to inferior multiplats and 720p

More the reason to get an xbone

Personally, I wouldn't. It's only one game and it's going to be on PC and 360 too. I honestly don't think it'll be worth it.

At least wait for the reviews to see if it has replay value it since it has no single player.

It's EA. I know that everyone and their mother is hyped for this game but it's still EA. The same people who published SimCity and Battlefield 4. I can't believe people have already forgotten how broken their games can be. I know a lot of people are defending this simply because it's an Xbox One exclusive. That doesn't mean it's great. That just means that EA took Microsoft's money.

That being said, I'm not into online shooter, so what do I know? I would buy the 360 version. $60 is not that much. Maybe see what people are saying after the beta starts Feb. 14.

I don't think this automatically applies anymore.

Look at Mass Effect 2 and 3.  Both landed on EA's watch, both were absolutely world class.

So, after seeing the gameplay and previews for Titanfall, I've taken buying the game and even purchasing an XBone with it. Problem, this is really the only XBone game I'm interested in and I don't really see the point if I can buy the same game on a cheaper console which (according to recent leaks) is graphically identical and runs the same performance. Can anyone tell me a good reason to purchase an XBone for this game, or should I just get the 360 version, or better yet, wait for the sequel on PS4. ;)

I feel you have no intentions of getting this game or a XBone but are trying to stealth troll

Get Phoenix Wright

If its the ONLY game you're interested in, then get it for PC, or x360
