A month ago, I made a thread saying how I wasn't going to buy GTA V.

Well...guess what game I bought yesterday?

I also said I was done with Call of Duty, however I have this odd temptation to buy Call of Duty Ghosts. I don't know why, I haven't even seen much gameplay, but I have this itch that makes me want it.

Have you ever bought a game when you said you weren't going to? If so, what was the game and what made you change your mind (ex. I bought GTA V because of Angry Joe's 40 Minute review of the game.)

Pokemon X: I was maybe considering getting it at some point at a very low price (which knowing Nintendo and their first party game prices it would be a very very long time), but that was it, a very big maybe.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago, I guess the hype sucked me in.

i told myself i wasn't buying a Wii U, same thing with vita.

I'm probably going to pick up Ghosts on wii u. Other than that, I don't think there are any.

Besides it's true, it's pointless to wait for cut on the price of Nintendo games, Super Mario Galaxy 2 I think recieved one just some months ago... and the game was release more than a year ago!

almost every game I buy. when you have a tight budget your always saying you wont buy games... then the game releases and it somehow made its way into your house and you have sank hours into it

Not a game but I said I would never buy a PS3 and now I have more PS3 games than Wii and Xbox 360.

Yeah I did this year, the first time ever for me. One of my friends convinced me to buy Monster Hunter Tri for the 3ds. It was good but I couldn't stand the amount of grinding I had to do to get anything good so I just quit playing it. Only got like 7 hours out the game and the three star missions.

I told myself I wasn't going to buy Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
