I've been fairly lucky as far as my health goes; I had pneumonia once as a baby, then chickenpox, flu, and hand, foot & mouth disease as a kid, and some mild recurring asthma, but on the whole nothing too serious.

I had a banana sex change, but I got a disease of some sort from an error in the operation and am slowly dying as ripe banana.

Well I had your usually children's sickness, bronchitis (never made it pneumonia), strep throat, and colds. But the sickest I have ever have been was a case of salmonella poisoning I received as a child when I ate some cross contaminated mash potatoes from a KFC, I still get sick from it if I don't get enough sleep since that stuff never leaves you digestive track. I can't stomach KFC, but do get forced to eat there ever now and then. Salmonella poisoning is severe "stomach flu" it last 14 days or more, and you can die from it, the telltale sign is it turns your feces dark green.
Nothing major. The worst was probably a few years go when I had a pretty awful sinus infection. That was a completely miserable experience. My head hurt so much that I literally could not sleep. However, on top of that, I had a reaction to my prescription that caused a rash on every part of my body except my head. I mean everywhere. All skin peeled off in huge chunks, especially on the palms of my hands and the bottoms of my feet. That part was kind of interesting.
My best friend lost his battle with Cystic Fibrosis a few years ago. That put things in perspective.

Nothing serious really I did break a bone in my foot once and got stitches twice as a kid only one left a pretty noticeable scar on my inner right calf.
Couple years ago I had some really bad tooth pain. It hurt like a bitch and I stayed awake the entire night. Went to the doctor the other day and I had to get a root canal. They had to cut out the nerve (Or something like that) on that tooth so now I don't feel anything on it =P
Had a nonradioactive Kidney stone a few months back. It felt like someone was kicking me in the sack over and over again for about 2 weeks. Because it was nonradioactive it took a few days of Drs visits to get some actual meds that would help while they tried to figure out what was wrong. Never puked so much in my life
Had pneumonia form on the outside of my lung and seal itself off so that antibiotics wouldn't do anything. I guess out of the 10% of the population that gets pneumonia, only about 1% of that group ends up with pneumonia as bad as mine. Felt like I was literally being stabbed with hundreds of knives every time I tried to take a breath. Ended up in the hospital for 9 days and had a 2 1/2 hour surgery where they had to pry my ribs apart and go in and basically scoop the infection out. Have a nice 10 inch scar on the right side of my back and side plus a couple smaller scars where tubes were inserted between my ribs. I was 13 at the time. The lesson here is this: If you're having pain while breathing and you go tell your middle school principal and he says you probably just pulled a muscle...don't believe him.
