Just checking in. Have you perished from the government having to spend more money than it did last year but not quite as much as it had originally hoped to spend?

Just came back from Sam's Club with a pallet of chicken noodle and 50 pounds of powdered milk. I've brought the lawn mower inside and sealed the doors with jelly.

I've cut off all human contact other than the internet, but I was kind of heading in that direction anyway.

This is what I don't understand, the government is threatening to close down a civilian  operated air base control tower because of the cuts, but they have more money than they did last year. Where the hell is it going?

Your job is fucking Obama? How much does a thing like that pay?

Oh spurge, he knows you'll just buy Nintendo systems and then sell them a few months later for a hefty loss. You're a walking market inefficiency!

I think it's either a matter of (a) the "cuts" are structured in such a way that stupid things are being forced to happen or (b) the most important things will be done away with so that even this pitiful effort at reducing spending will seem so unbearable that people will beg Washington to spend more. I mean, even more more. Since they're already spending more.

Thats probably it, ICE has been releasing illegal immigrants for a few weeks now thanks to Napolitano. They will probably start releasing American criminals soon enough. 

I worked for a church, didn't qualify for unemployment. Thanks Obama.

Not really a laughing matter for people who do receive aid from or are employed by the government.
