Don't know if anyone cares about this, I probably wouldn't be getting this no matter what console it appeared on.

PlayStation 4 indie title The Witness appearing on Nintendo Wii U is unlikely, according to developer Jonathan Blow.

Speaking to Kotaku this week, Blow explained that the project was initially considered to be released on a console alongside PC, and shifted towards a PS4 release due to the "relatively low system specs" of the PS3 and Xbox 360.

But what about Nintendo Wii U? Whilst there could be a possibility for a port after the PS4 release, Blow notes that "The Wii U still has pretty low system specs, so it came down to a choice between the next Microsoft console or the next Sony console."

Lol yeh its strange, the game doesn't look that amazing in the graphics department.

It's really odd that this game couldn't even run on the PS3/XB360. It isn't a graphically intensive looking game and download only titles aren't usually all super deep story wise since the development costs would get too high. (That's usually why they are download only.) Not sure what this guy did with his game to make it need such high specs.

Out of all the games presented this is the one I'm most looking forward to.

Kinda weird because the game looks very similar to Wind Waker HD and we know the system will most likely run it perfectly. There's also the little footage of Monolith's game which looks more graphically intensive than the witness.

Bigger than Skyrim? The dude said it will be a very small open world game. I am very surprised Nintendo's next gen console can't handle it.
