For Nintendo it is a surprising good commercial. Especially when you compare it to the Wii U ones.

...this isn't a very good commercial. Americans need "DOOMPH" and giant bolded letters on the screen.
Capcom did it well. And don't show the pixelated gameplay just the cutscenes would've been fine.

The demo is the better advertisement though. It covers what is probably the first two maps, a simple but forward approach as to what to expect for the game.
