I thought all Ninty games were going to be native 720p? They're probably putting the same spin on it that the COD team did saying that BLOPS2 was going to be in "full 1080p".

Still, if Mario really is native 1080p, then it would make me mad that they couldn't do native 1080p for Pikmin 3, which so far is the best looking Wii U game aside from ZombieU.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Love the extra emphasis on full 1080p.

Give it to me now, Nintendo.

but not native.........or whatever

Was supposed to be 720p at first, IIRC....

When they say "full 1080p HD" that's supposed to mean rendered at 1080p, not upscaled, but I'm willing to bet this is a mistake by some PR or marketing drone.

This is coming from the official site so it has to be true. Really good news for the system, I really hope other first party games are at full 1080p, like Pikmin 3...make it happen Nintendo...

Nintendo and PC gamer

I hope this is referring to the native resolution. I'd love to hear that Nintendo found a way to make their 1st party games all 1080p. I guess we'll all find out in 5 weeks or so.

*edit*

That's pretty good news if true. Would mean moar and moar first party games in full HD in the upcoming future!

when they say "full 1080p" that means its not upscaled!
