Alright, so recently I have been looking into patches so I could get fully translated versions of ASH, Fire Emblem 12, and Soma Bringer to play on my R4 (I import the games as well, these 3 games are literally the types of games I bought my DS for, so I want to have them legally), and until recently I only managed to get Soma Bringer to work. However just last night I figured out how to get Fire Emblem 12 to work (needed to update my R4), and the patch for ASH (which was selfishly unreleased by the creator for years) was finally leaked. Although FE12 isn't 100% english, the website responsible for the patch are releasing a fully working english version soon (www.herosofshadow.net).

So with these 3 games, I now have the 3 DS games I really, really wanted, that I couldn't have before.

Now while I was looking up ASH on ebay, I also found a few other Japanese only games, which got good reviews from Famitsu, and I was just wondering what else did I miss? I'm currently debating on importing Tales of Innocence, Tales of the Tempest, and Blood of Bahamut. (Not a fan of 2D Tales games, so Hearts is out for me). Of these 3, I have a working english version of ToI, but I haven't looked into patches for the other games just yet.

While looking for working Fire Emblem 12 ROMs, I did find fully translated versions of ALL the other Fire Emblem games (Including Sealed Sword for GBA). So I was also thinking about importing other games too (Fire Emblem is one of my favorite series). I'm probably not going to import too many SNES games, but GBA isn't out of the question. So other then Fire Emblem: Sealed Sword and Mother 3, what other GBA games should I look into?

Finally, while doing all this I also found emulators for Wii and GCN. What games have I missed on these two systems which were/are Japan only, or just exclusively not released in North America. Currently Pandora's Tower is the only game on my radar here.

P.S. If anyone needs help getting these games working in english on their R4 or PC, I can help with the patching, but you have to get the ROM and import the game yourself.

P.P.S. Does anyone know of a good website which imports games? On eBay ASH is only $10, and Soma Bringer was $20 for me, but Fire Emblem 12 is $60....I would like to reduce that cost if possible

Yea, I actually have fully working patches for those. Tales of Innocence has a really bizzare intro, so I'm not sure if I'm going to import that one.

Nope, I have an English Tales of Innocence Fan Translation. All the text is English, but the voice acting is in Japanese (with English subtitles).

Oh no, but there is no Japanese test in my version of the game.

I've heard about Earth Seeker, and Fatal Frame. There were a few Japanese only Wii games, but nothing that sold over 50,000 units, and nothing with phenominal reviews. Even Pandora's Tower is only a decent game, and that only sold 130,000 units including those from Europe?

I think Wii and GCN have all the major games released in North America. N64 too, that's why I didn't even bother to include N64 (Animal Crossing for GCN is a port of the N64 game so :P).

Ni No Kuni, Tingle 2 and... Inazuma Eleven 3 (who knows about this one), I think NOE will bring this in the 3DS collection. If not there's a project for translating it soon.

Speaking of those, there's a lot of others, but some received fan translations already - like SomaBringer, Tales of innocence.

There's a patch for it, if you want it. Or maybe you're saying it's the best because you already played the patch.

That's why I put them on the list under games which I have working English versions of. Actually, it's because I managed to patch games like Soma Bringer that I made this thread lol.
