I've been itching for a project to do lately, so I thought "What if I tried a Nuzlocke Run again in Pokemon?" For those of you who are unaware, a Nuzlocke run is essentially Pokemon "Hard Mode." Players play the game mostly normally, but with three rules.

1. Only the first Pokemon seen in an area can be captured

2. All Pokemon captured get nicknames

3. Fainted Pokemon can never be used again, ala Fire Emblem's deaths

If I were to play a Nuzlocke game, I'd be playing HeartGold for the umpteenth time, and I could record my journey in this thread if you'd be interested. People can give advice, request nicknames for Pokemon, or beg me to stop before any more senseless deaths follow.

Anybody interested?

Clarification necessary: By "Record" I meant "Write a journal with stats and stuff." I actually have no idea how to record DS games. Unless...

I could play Sapphire on an emulator. I have a copy of the game and a GBA, so it's all legal.

What would you prefer? A HeartGold Run with text, or a Sapphire run with my first video recording of a game ever?

You sure you want me to record the entire thing? The best Pokemon Let's Plays I've seen are screenshot based. It allows people to focus on important moments and not waste other peoples' time. Personally, I think a combination of screenshots and descriptive text would work best.
