With the NFL license up for grabs most likely next year, they better start improving or 2K games will retake the football genre like they did in 2004. They already wipe the floor in terms of basketball.

Didn't EA give up on NBA Live due to 2K kicking their ass every year? Wait just read an article saying they are trying to bring NBA Live back... Good luck on that one EA.

hmm 360 version is "only" at 81 and has a lot of reviews ps3 version doesn't have, so maybe ps3 version will also fall to something around 80.

madden 11 had metascore of 84 and 83 for the hd consoles, so maybe it will get worse reviews on average than madden11, i wouldn't call that the biggest madden in a long time if we are talking about score.
