The first trailer begins by highlighting technologies the 3DS uses: "3D Screen, Gyro Sensor, Motion Sensor, 3DS Camera, and the Mic. It then adds "3D Sound." You can get a sampling of that 3D sound from the trailer if you wear headphones.
