This is a stupid lawsuit.

It's nothing to do with Nintendo, and it's well known tech, which has been known about for over a year. Why now?

Nintendo rarely loose. This will be no different.

don't these people get sued back for unrightfull claims or something?

Are patents on the actuall tech or just on the concept?

i'm gonna do a pattent on using a sensory chip linked to your nervous system... this is bound to happen and like that i'll make big bucks in 20 years.
