I just saw this interview in Gametrailers with Jack Tretton from Sony...

At the end of the interview(5:55), Keighley asked about Agent, and then questioned if it was still exclusive for PS3.

Then I became surprised, because Tretton(who usually have very confidence about all things regarding PS3) stuttered a little, and responded that it's up to Rockstar guys, and that PS3 will have a great Agent offer.

So, there is a great probability that the Agent's exclusivity is not certain. What it WILL happen, is that AT LEAST the Agent will have exclusivity content for PS3

It qualifies as vaporware by now, even if its in development. I think its on the backburner for Rockstar.

PS3 games evolved too much in the lastest years...compare Resistance to Uncharted 3...

Maybe they reached a point in the development that they are not going be able to compete technologically with the current games.

I think it was never a priority game for them...It must be some kind of scheme to siphon money from Sony lol. And actually now if it gets revealed I will be very, very skeptical of it before buying. I'll probably wait a few months actually, just to get some reviews from real people (not people who review for a living)

And about PS3 games, well the Cell was a strange beast to start off with. Remember the complaints originally? And lol at how the first batch of HD games were just really glossy and awful looking. Looked like PS2 games that just ran in 1080 haha.

well i don't care if its multiplatform right now or not i just wanna see the game.

It won't be a PS3 exclusive, I won't even be on the PS3! I expect it to show up about a year after the PS4 launch in the US.
