Quite amazing numbers for Kinect. Although it would appear that we're pretty significantly undertracking Move and Sports champions. They sold about 180k just in the USA in console bundles alone whereas we have SC selling just over 180k for all of Americas across all SKUs.

:edit: Oh wait, nevermind. I was lining the weeks up wrong. We have it at just over 300k.

It's his predictions and forecasts that people complain about.

He has access to all sales data so he is generally reliable regarding historical sales.



Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.

His company was the best predicting NPD numbers this month.

This is true as well, though 1/3 and 1/2 could be 30% and 55% and that would roughly be a 5:1 ratio

He can make a prediction to both sides and then he is able to hit the mark and say he is right... pathetic analysis all the way =]

He is going by the NPD numbers that were released for November. There no way he could say the Kinect outsold the Move 5 to 1 unless he had the figures in front of him. He's not making a guess. He stating a fact from the data he released.

Considering the XBox 360 outsold the PS3 450K to 210K in the U.S. , I'm sure his number are pretty accurate in this case. He's only talking about the U.S. This doesn't include Europe or Japan.
