I find the change in relative SKU sales interesting. The good 120GB sales imply that the shortages weren't as bad overall as claimed and the relatively higher sales of the Arcade may indicate a shift in the market for Microsoft to more of a lower end whilst lower Elite sales may indicate they have ceded some of their potential core market to Sony. If they do respond to Sony's price cut they would infact be better off cutting the price of their Elite model more substantially than the Arcade, perhaps $169/249 would be a good mix?
