you can't even make too many estimates right now because the game is still a far ways off. But as far as vague predictions go, Japan goes to the PS3, EU goes to PS3, and NA is a toss up because despite everyone leaning towards 360, the PS3 is gaining momentum in the US (probably from PS2 owners) so I'm going to say PS3 for this one too
