I don't mean to sound bitter, but honestly I definitely prefer the originals.
Given the limited shapes (polygons) the soft textures of the original made it look more dreamy and cozy.
The richer (but crudely done) textures are giving a 'cheap' look to these beautifully concieved landscapes.
The cel-shading is slightly better than the Hi-Res but still the originals create a nicer atmosphear.
And oh that music!!! Hats off...
