Assuming Nintendogs is still selling well in Europe, (which it probably is, but as we don't have any "others" charts here and Chart Track counts the Nintendogs games separately, I don't know for sure) I don't think Pokemon DP will overtake it.
Add 5 Million for "others" sales to DP's total and it's still losing by around 500K. Nintendogs is selling around 28K and 2.5K in North America and Japan respectively. I'll assume it's selling 25K-30K weekly in "others". DP is selling 15K a week in Japan and sold 50K in North America last week. So DP won by 5K-10K this week, but as North American sales of DP are still falling, in a week or three Nintendogs will be winning weekly, and the 500K gap, or whatever is left of it, will start to widen. And so Nintendogs wins. As the 5 Million of "others" sales won't all be added at once, DP won't actually come than close to overtaking Nintendogs. A lot depends on Nintendogs' "others" sales though.
